Native Roofing & Restoration

A friend recommended Native Roofing and Restoration LLC to replace our roof due to wind damage and a leaking skylight. We were pleased from start to finish with this project supervised by Abraham. He explained the insurance claim process and made sure to send 35+ photos of our roof damage rather than just the 3 photos our insurance adjuster submitted. Abraham also worked diligently with the insurance company to get the upgrades we needed for this job.
The work was done professionally by all members of the crew: gutter installers, roofers sheetrock installers and painters. The trash was hauled away promptly and the yard swept by magnet to remove nails.
Our new roof is beautiful and the removal of the skylight in the master bath ceiling was flawless - you would never know it had been there.
We cannot say enough good things about Native Roofing and Restoration LLC and Abraham!

I needed some work done on both the interior and exterior of my home. Native Roofing, LLC recently replaced my roof due to storm damage. Looking back over the process, I am still truly amazed at how smooth everything went. Abraham and Native Roofing were nothing but the best! One of the first things Abraham told us was that Native Roofing had a Great team of experts and that everything would go smoothly. They proved it. That was not an exaggeration!
Abraham thoroughly explained every detail for each step that would take place. We had very many questions and he answered them completely and patiently (some of them multiple times). He and his entire team were extremely meticulous in their quality and workmanship. There were no problems, no surprises. Abraham was extremely versed in the building codes pertaining to roofs. He thoroughly explained building code upgrades that were required for roofs and made sure all of the code upgrades were a part of our insurance claim along with the wall and ceiling damage from the rain leaks. He was truly concerned about his customer every step of the way. The communication was great and updated frequently.
Each step in the process went just the way Abraham said it would (or better). He was on top of the whole operation and double-checked everything. He represented us every step of the way.
Everything started on schedule. Everything was completed on schedule. The team left my yard cleaner that it was before they started. The roof looks Great! The ceilings and walls look great! What could have been a stressful experience was actually a very satisfying experience.

I can?t say enough about the service at Native Roofing. A few years after they did our roof we had a leak, they came the next day during dangerous weather to fix it. They even took the time to fix the spot on our ceiling! If you need a new roof call these guys they are complete professionals who take pride in their job.
