I have not received an update of any sort from an order I placed on Feb. 18, 2020. Not have I received the package
I made a purchase of about 41 dollars on February 18, 2020. The shipping policy stated that I was supposed to receive the package via standard shipping through USPS (2-3 business days). Further, I have contacted the company via email, Instagram, Facebook and Twitter and have not Received a response in regards go my package.

Desired Outcome

At this point- I would like a refund and the merchandise I ordered and maybe a gift card for the amount of my purchase. I was honestly looking forward to rocking this gear. Given- it's the first Christian based company I decided to buy clothing from.

Thank you or sharing your thoughts with us. It seems your complaints listed here are more due to you being unfamiliar with our company and its policies. It's my desire to further clear this up for you, on top of what our customer service team has already done.

I understand that the first time you reached out to our customer support team was this past Saturday (2/22). As a small business, we do not yet have the resources of a massive company (ie: Amazon, etc) to staff through the weekend. However, upon our team being back in the office on Monday morning (2/24), your inquiries were responded to in full before 11:00am EST. While you felt that you had been ignored, you were actually responded to within our first 3 hours back in the office after the weekend.

Your complaint also states that our company policy is that you will receive the item in 2-3 business days. Unfortunately, it seems that you misunderstood the information given during the checkout process. Our policies show that it typically takes 2-3 business days for orders to be processed and shipped, and then another 2-3 business days for the items to arrive at your address, depending on your location inside the United States.

All in all, this seems more of a misunderstanding than any wrongdoing on the part of our company. We hope this has brought you further clarification as to the issues you mentioned. Please let us know if you have any other questions. We look forward to serving you in the future.

The facebook page for https://www.facebook.com/pg/nativesupplyshop/about/?ref=page_internal advertises my home number, so I'm getting excessive calls. I have posted this notice on the facebook page, but they have not removed nor responsed.
