Hello,I received a message that this complaint was closed, however I did want to offer a final reply in that, I cannot locate this guest name in our system [redacted] He mentioned in his complaint that he was traveling with a companion, possibly it is in their name which I would need in order to offer further compensation I spoke with the guest upon checking out and did adjust 20% off their bill, I was able to find that immediately as I said I spoke with the guest and had the room number at that time.Thank you, Shannon L***Rooms Division ManagerNativo Lodge [redacted]

Thank you for providing the guest name.  We have located the folio information and as a goodwill gesture, we have issued a full refund of the remaining amount after the initial 20% discount for $73.35.
