Natoma Company, The

Review: The Natoma company ripped me off for my security deposit. They charge me for their updates and remodeling and for repainting the entire unit which was not in my rental agreement. I followed their company protocol by writing a letter in regards to my dispute and was written a letter back with no explanation of the charges, and was ordered just to pay the amount. I called the Natoma company and spoke with [redacted] who is the [redacted] and ask for a breakdown of the charges. She was very rude and short with me over the phone and the told me that I was responsible for the repainting of the unit, even though it was not stated in my rental agreement. When I asked [redacted] why my deposit was only $400 and the repainting of an entire unit was $350 she hung up in my face. When I called back they had turned the phones off and put the recorder on.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to recalculate the fees charged to me for the painting of the unit and labor charges. In the future they need to put in their rental agreement that the tenant is responsible for the painting of the unit after move out. The consumer has the right to know about charges like. Also the president of this company needs to be reported to corporate or whoever her bosses are in regards to her unprofessionalism and just being flat-out rude and disgusting to a tenant.
