Review: Our service cost was $258 but on the credit card they charged us $285 by mistake when I went to get my refund they said they don't give refunds despite them admitting to making a mistake so now I have to go through the credit card company to do a chargeback. I will not be returning to this shady business again.Desired Settlement: Refund the difference without charging a refund fee since you made the mistake.
