thank you I [redacted] approached the customer couple of times since recieving the complaint first time in April and look like he dontwant want vinyl shutters and he is leaning towards composite shutters which I priced him sometimes last November and so on I made attempt to fix t and does not let me do and he wanted to see the factory rep and I did bring the rep in and his complaint was listend by the rep and after taking some pictures by factory rep we came to a conclussion to replace the panels that is having problem and he was ok with that on june 9th I visited the customer to take some pictures and mark the line items to be replaced and than he refused to get the panels and did not let me ake any pictures and than I just left and told him he can do what ever he likes and made report to the factory thathe doesnt want the new panels and wants his money back and which is not possible as they are custom made shutters [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because:Mr [redacted] is giving information to the Revdex.com in his response to the complaintMy first complaint was made on 1/29, and thereafter I called him several times, 2/9, 3/15, 3/22, 3/30, 4/1, 4/6, 4/12, 4/17, 4/26, 4/28, 5/x 2, 5/12, 5/x 3, 5/26, 5/27/5/and so onI have call records and text records alsoEarlier in January when I first complained, he said his son is out of the country and will come to my house when he arrivesAfter repeated calls he came with his son to inspect and they both found NO fault in the installation and quality of the shuttersI inspected this shutters from a third party licensed shutter company and they told me the quality and installation are both defectiveMr [redacted] is saying that he provided me with pricing of composite shutters before taking orderIn fact he advised me to order vinyl shutters and said that composite shutters are not goodI am not leaning towards composite shutters but I trusted his word and went with vinyl shuttersI never wanted to see the factory repIn fact Mr [redacted] was forcing me to call the company and follow up wiith the company and wanted to wash his hands away from the responsibilityI told him that I gave you the order and I will followup with you and not the companyHe then brought the company rep Mr [redacted] who also did not agree that the shutters were defectiveOn June 9th when Mr [redacted] came to take pictures, he said that there will always be gaps between the rails and stile to provide clearanceBut the clearance gap is big that I can see through the streets and my back yardI told him that there is extra clearance which he did not agree and got frustrated and left saying that "DO WHATEVER YOU WANT TO DO"If these are custom made shutters like he said, the company has to remake the shutters, as he has agreed that the panels are defective, then why not refund my money backThe installation and quality both are defectiveI don't trust that they will make good quality shutters for me again and the installation defects are thereThere are gaps in the edges of the frame and also between the panels and the frame there is lot of clearance that the light is passing through
