I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We have been charged about 50% of the money that we have ACTUALLY paid to Carter Machinery ($2,164.88) as a restocking fee while most businesses charge you only $35 OR $50.   Paying $931.32 based on THE TOTAL INVOICE AMOUNT as a restocking fee is  A ROBBERY since we were awarded 30 days to pay the rest of the invoice amount of $2,500.  IT IS A ROBBERY TO CALCULATE THE RESTOCKING FEE BASED ON THE MONEY THAT IS NOT EVEN DUE!!!
