I paid $for two FREE SAMPLES!! I paid the shipping cost for a "FREE SAMPLE" of NaturaCel Anti Aging Cream and the HaloCel Eye SerumWho doesn't open a FREE SAMPLE??? No were on the Order Confirmation did it say anything about returning the FREE SAMPLE within days, being charged the full amount of the product or return of opened products Being nieve I returned the products in good faithI followed up with them to see about the refund but was told I didn't qualify becasue the products were openedWHO DOESN'T OPEN A FREE SAMPLE!!! I paid $for NOTHING!!! Literally!!! NOTHING!!!

Please note that [redacted] was refunded the agreed upon amount of $on March 5th, 2015,as per refund confirmation

I can see why this company has an F rating after my experience I read the other negative reviews and have similar complaints When you call Naturacel, no one ever answers the phone - ever You are not placed on hold for a representative to answer the call, but asked to leave a message This is the first clue that this company is a fly-by-night, fraudulent company I never received my order at all, although they claim I did As someone else stated, they just talk right over you when you try to speak with them They aren't not helpful in trying to resolve any issues Clearly I am not going to lie and say I didn't receive a product if I did Originally I wanted to try the product Why would I do this? I am completely disgusted with this company and will most definitely spread the word to stay away because you will not be happy! Obviously a rink-dink outfit with a handful of employees that distributes a bogus product (according to other reviews) Stay away!!!!!!!

One more customer here suckered into something that I never bargained for Yes, I will get the same cut/paste reply from the business SOMEONE NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY AS THEIR TERMS/CONDITIONS ARE DELIBERATELY PLACED AT THE BOTTOM OF THEIR WEBPAGE Normally, those are for privacy rules or things like you won't post something offensive etc The terms where they want you to know your card will be charged should be placed under the submit button after you enter your cc info! In this case, it's not anywhere where one can see it clearly...for example, when you are about to make the payment or even in the email They claim they are not a scam but that is EXACTLY what they are doing I have never fallen for such scams as I always read the terms/conditions but those are the ones where you have to accept it actively by checking a box before clicking submit!! If this company is not out to scam you, why don't they place their agreement where one can see it? What are they afraid of? NO WAY I would've paid this kinda money for any cream, especially in my case this broke out my skin that I hadn't had since yrs! I am not even exaggerating here I wouldn't buy a product for $even if it was the best thing since sliced bread! I was shocked enough to find out they charged my card for the second shipment and the rep said I couldn't even mail it back to get refund I asked for a manager who agreed to let me get refund after I ship that out While I appreciate that gesture, I am beyond flabbergasted that in the US, these kinds of scams are allowed to operate! And then the shocker came that they EVEN CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE SO CALLED TRIAL!! The trial offer CLEARLY designed to let customers think that you are only paying shipping/handling but then, they hit your credit card after days Who the heck pays $for a TRIAL?? While I was offered $ for the original "trial" charges, I am out $50! I honestly cannot afford that and I am in tears for trying WHERE ARE THE LAWS TO PROTECT CONSUMERS? When banks were scamming customers, the govt forced them to make the terms more clear in statements etc Now, there should be laws to force these businesses to place the terms in a CLEAR, VISIBLE way Their website is a messy one and they expect us to read it there? Again, why on earth was it not place just under the submit button so we would double check before submitting? No matter how many times they tell me they didn't scam me, THEY SCAMMED ME AND EVERYONE ELSE HERE! Oh, and I can't post a negative review of this product in their website...how convenient! As for whether or not I would recommend this business, please put an option "NEVER EVER!" I am way too upset to think clearly after being scammed so blatantly

FRAUD: Predatory and Deceptive - company markets skin care products but in reality generates profit by scamming you with a hidden day non-refundable “trial period” term in your purchase “agreement”
I purchased two FREE samples agreeing to pay for only shipping and was charged $for NaturaCel Anti Aging Cream and the HaloCel Eye Serum
There was no order confirmation with terms - no email and nothing enclosed with product
I have not opened or used either sample and there is no product expiration dateThe company refuses to acknowledge emails for attempt at good faith return
The company is structured as follows:
Incorporated: DFLK LLC, Delaware
Call Center - credit card billing phone number: Nashville, Arkansas
Credit card billing State: Arizona
Shipping Center: Georgia
Owner: UNKNOWN - Delaware LLC - owner does not appear on articles of incorporation per Delaware State law Owner not identified on website or in any product or company literature (except annual report which can be requested from the Secretary of the State of Delaware for a fee)
Review the above - would an honest company with an honest owner HIDE ownership?
Would an honest company with a quality product have the terms above?
If the product worked as advertised would you structure a company as above?
Next step - I will contact my State Attorney General for their recommendations about how to continue pursuing this Fraud
Finally, after contacting my credit card company and disputing the charges, then contacting NaturaCel customer service I received the email below Take a close look at the detail they provide regarding disputed charges:
Hello Paul,
We have stopped all future orders as of December 29, when you put a dispute through your bank
Keep in mind on 12/14/2016 you placed your order which clearly states the following:

NaturaCel:?"By placing this order today you will be charged $applicable shipping and handling fees and will then have days to try our products and return them if you are not completely satisfiedIf you choose to keep NaturaCel, you will be charged the full cost of $on day and will receive replenishment’s every calendar daysYour card will be charged accordingly upon dispatch of each additional package for the low rate of $+ s/hYour auto refill can be cancelled or modified anytime by calling 216-4440."
HaloCel:
"By placing this order today you will be charged $shipping and handling fees and will then have days to try our products and return them if you are not completely satisfiedIf you choose to keep HaloCel, you will be charged the full cost of $on day and then will receive replenishments every calendar daysYour card will be charged accordingly upon dispatch of each additional package for the low rate of $+ s/hYour auto refill can be cancelled or modified anytime by calling ***."
This is why you were charged $and $on your day trial exp date 12/29/2016.

The company and the product, both are a fraud in my experience. Their marketing plan is deceptive at best. They are out to take advantage of old people with deceptive trade practices. Consumer protection agency should be alerted.

I will provide more details as I am trying to resolve the 4.95 sample postage and handling fee and $85.00 deduction from my credit card via my credit card company. In the meantime, one important warning to everyone dealing with the company: The company obviously charges your credit card on first sample request date but does not ship until the 15-day period is up or almost up so that there is no chance under the sun, the moon or the stars to receive the sample before expiration of the trial period, hence impossible to cancel within the allotted 15-day trial period!!!!! For the moment, I don't have any further details on how this will proceed but the following is contained in their conditions, hence caution in dealing with them is advised: They deduct the subscription (as they call it) upon expiration of the 15-day period (as in my case) claiming customer has an obligation to read the terms on company's website. They will only refund on UNOPENED sample, so impossible to try, dislike and receive a refund!!! (does not apply in my case since I did not open the sample.) Their sample delivery note reads: 0.00 owed. It does not contain their purchasing conditions. Nor do they promise a FULL refund but just A refund (at their discretion)! I can't tell yet how much they will refund for restocking the unopened sample! Company claims they have a right to first $85.00 subscription payment (which according to their terms and rules they do except for their shipping schedule to assure sample arrives AFTER 15 days are up). I will provide my name below but am embarrassed that I fell for their ploy (still collecting evidence that I actually canceled immediately upon hearing their terms by phone, which company denies. Since it happened by phone, I do not have a record but am requesting my telephone company's call listings at this time.)
