standing behind our guarantee for over 19 years, if you are not hired the refund is issued with no questions asked.  There are some facts that are not yet known to Mr. [redacted], because he has not actually received the package he ordered from us and that we subsequently shipped to him.  The job openings change on a daily basis with the Postal Service.  Inside our package is a Proof of Guarantee form.  On that Proof of Guarantee form the following statement is written and I quote: "Job openings change on a daily basis.  If there are currently no job openings available in your area (defined as within 30 miles of your zip code), you can return the package for an original purchase [redacted] refund..."  Therefore, if Mr. [redacted] had simply waited until the package arrived, this would have been known to him.  Since the job openings change daily, if there are no job openings in your area, simply return the package and we issue a full refund of the original purchase [redacted] (which includes the shipping and handling).  Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] jumped to conclusions before receiving our package and assumed that he had been wronged.   We have issued a full refund to Mr. [redacted] for the total original purchase [redacted] (which includes the shipping and handling) in the amount of $56.90 today.  This would have been the exact same end result if Mr. [redacted] had simply waited to receive his package and subsequently returned it.  While it is understandable in this day and age to be skeptical, we would simply ask that each company be judged on their actions and merits.Best Regards,[redacted]Labor Services
