This company lacks customer service AND any form of professionalismI placed and order on Tuesday for 1-day shipping (They also state 1-day for order processing)So with that in mind (it was thanksgiving week, so Thursday does not count)I should have received my package by at the latestWRONGI contacted company via their IG DM and rep was responding, for a whileRep then verified that I did not have any personal customization done and stated she was looking into itThey made several post on their account stating black friday orders were going out(interesting, my order from before black friday with expedited shipping has yet to even receive a tracking #)Contacted the company and nothing, sent email and nothingSent another DM and nothingFINALLY I commented on their page so the public can see and THEN I get a response talking about they do not respond to DM's for they have an email and contact number (funny, I tried them both)The response still has yet to provide tracking or a reason as to why my package has not been shipped to me yetFinally, later, I receive a tracking numberMy package has yet to even be dropped at post office! Rep responded again on IG and then deleted itThe company then made a post stating that impatient customers should not order with them, customization as stated on their website takes up to daysThat's funny, because my purchase had NO customizationI would just say maybe this was an error and this company was ok, but this is my 3rd purchase from them and this is the SECOND time I have had a shipping and customer service problemI then factored in locationI googled their facility, it's a OPEN USPS Office minutes from them! This company is extremely rude and unprofessional and If you want to have a business, MAYBE you should make sure shipping is arranged adequately or maybe state "We kinda LAZY, your package might come on time, might not" on your homepage
This was my first time ever purchasing hair from this companyAfter the third business day I called in to get a tracking number for my productThe rep who answered the phone Monique was really unprofessional, rude, and should never be allowed to talk with customers on the phoneShe starting talking really fast, talking over me and not even addressing my concernsI asked repeatedly for a tracking number and she kept putting me back on hold and hanging up on meI call numerous times and she would just hang up and then lie and say she didn't hang up the line droppedI sent an email complaint hoping that I could get my tracking number and requesting someone to call meSomeone emailed back and said it's after hours I can't call you backi called for weeks trying to get my tracking number One of the reps told me that *** was down and the manager was the only one who could look up my tracking number and she was on vacation I would have to call backa couple days later I called back and pressed the prompt for the manager line because at this point I was doneThe person who answered was MoniqueShe had an attitude because she knew who I was and told me I had to call back for a tracking number and press She starting yelling and Hollering in the phone talking about I can't give you a tracking number you called the wrong number you have to call backSHE HUNG UP ON MEI called back and got someone else on the phone and the person explained to me that MONIQUE WAS THE MANAGER AND OWNER OF THE COMPANYSO ALL THE COMPLAINTS AND MESSAGES I LEFT TO GET A ANSWER TO MY ISSUE WENT NO WHERE BC SHE WAS THE ONE ANSWERING THE PHONE INITIALLY, AND BEING RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS TO PAYING CUSTOMERSi WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN NOR WILL I ADVISE ANYONE ELSE TOOUNTIL MONIQUE LEARNS HOW TO ADEQUATELY WORK WITH CUSTOMERS ON A PROFESSIONAL LEVELHER CUSTOMER DESERVES AN F-.AND IF SHE CONTINUES TO TREAT CUSTOMERS IN THIS MANNER I'M SURE SHE WILL BE CLOSED DOWN SOON THAN LATER
