 I am not satisfied with the resolution because I did not authorize them to charge my account and because of that o have an over draft fee.I don't think it fair your company still have bank information and can charge my account any time the feel like it.until I get my fee 29.00 back then I will be satisfied.

After the trial periods are over there is a charge for the full retail cost of the 30-day supplies of products sent when the orders were placed. Our Terms & Conditions clearly state the same information.

Customer Service is terrible. They would not give me information such as tracking numbers for shipments that I asked for. I am having to go through my credit card company as we speak to try and get my refund because I couldn't reach anyone by phone, and I didn't get an email response. I would suggest keep your money and do not buy from this company!!!!

These people are scammers. They cover themselves with the fine print but ultimately they are making very misleading advertising which has clearly tricked a lot of online consumers (as I have seen from googling complaints about them). My mother was a victim of this scam. They say you have won the chance for a free 18-30 day trial and only have to pay the shipping of $4.95 to receive the product. Within 14days they charged my mother's credit card a further $84.95. Only because I am wary of anything online that says you can get something for free, I read my mother's email from the company and had her check with her credit card company - this is when she found out they had charged her the full amount of the product before she even received the supposed free trial!

Anyway, unbeknownst to her, they had signed her up for a membership which would have meant they would have charged her credit card $98.95 a month and sent her more product. Albeit she did not read the fine print and believed it was a free trial on face value. This is what they are banking on, literally! I have read many people who were taken in by this scam. They may be clever enough to do it legally but there really should be charges for such companies who are knowingly, misleading the public. It is disgraceful!

appear below.Good Afternoon:I do not consider this complaint resolved.  I ordered 1 product online & cancelled 3 days later, then I received 4 products.  I filed a complaint through Revdex.com.  I received a call on 11-10-14 at 10:40 am from Online Offers [redacted]) regarding my complaint through the ** Revdex.com, but the lady couldn't tell me which company she represented, since they handle these issues all the time for several companies.  She stated that they would issue a refund for $79.95 + $2.95 shipping and handling to my card (since they can only issue 1 month back to the card) and that they would have to issue a checks for the other $79.95, $74.95 and $2.95 to reimburse me completely.  She verified my new address, since the product shipping address (my old address) is different than the address listed on my complaint.  I asked her if she wanted me to send the product back, since it was still in the shipping package & she stated, "No.".I have not received any checks from this company, which goes to show just how much of a scam they are!Sincerely,[redacted]Sent from my iPad
