Review: [redacted] and I had a verbal contract to provide lawn mowing service approximately weekly beginning in May. He comes and mows according to the weather so I don't know when he will mow but it has been about every 10 days for the past 3 months. I have noticed my lawn is looking pretty "scalped" lately so I called him July 27 to make him aware of the problem and left my number for him to call me. I have called several times since at different times of the day and always get his answering machine. He has never returned a call. Now my lawn is looking shaggy and needs mowing badly. I don't know if he plans on mowing or if he has abandoned me and our verbal contract.7Desired Settlement: I expect [redacted] to finish the job he has promised. At the very least I expect communication from him.
