Response to Merchant "Natural Dentures" (Complaint: [redacted])

This message originally read on 1/24/2017
Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The merchant lied repeatedly.
For one my husband's account has nothing to do with my account.
Second, before I left for vacation on June 2016 I refused the denture for poor quality and was told I could go on my vacation

and when I return I could tell them to fix my denture or I could have my refund. It was my choice stated by Tina *. T[redacted].

(Denture being held in their Business premises)
After returning from my vacation I told them I wanted my refund, and showed them my old denture that was repaired in the

Phils. for $20.00 that was a 100% more quality than their denture that I was unhappy with.
I don't have new one from my home country I can proved that 100%.
In front of my husband and I Tina M. T[redacted] stated that she would refund my $300.00 out of pocket. It would take a couple of days.
Then 3 months passes by with no refund or contact from Tina M. T[redacted] so I called her back and asked her what happen with my

refund? She apologized and said it would be in my account and a couple of days. The accounting department already sent the

cheque. Then another few weeks went by still no refund. So I called her back again. Which on this occasions she told me she

might have sent it to the old address. So another week goes by and I called her back asking what is the problem with my refund

why she can't return my money? Then she hang up on me. And from then on every time I tried to contact her she was in a

meeting or unavailable and would call me back I left messages a dozen of times but she never call me once.
In December, My daughter 13 year old signed for a certified mail while I was at work.

Tina sent my denture that I refused. Trying to force her product on me. Also regarding my Husband bill Standard Insurance was

working on a payment and had not yet paid them with [redacted] in their office over a missing tooth clue, which my husband

account has nothing to do with my account and 2 other insurance company for which he was covered paid in full then Tina's

office re-billed all 3 insurance companies trying to get the remaining money in my husband account.
So as you see my husband has been trying to work with them to make sure they are paid in full in he never refused to pay

them he even paid $300 out of pocket, so do I. I don't have problem paying them with $271.00 remaining balance if the

merchandise is acceptable and worth paying for. She also mentioned in her message here that there's nothing wrong with the

denture. I think she need to think again or let's put her in my situation. Perhaps she might realize how bad the item was.
Tina is trying to bring my husband account in to this complaint which has nothing to do with my complaint.
My Husband and I would take lie detector test on everything stated in this letter.

I also included my email to their website that get no reply about how we can resolve the issue. First attempt.
looking forward to hear from you regarding with this matter.
Sincerely,[redacted]

To Whom It May Concern:
This patient visited our office last May and wanted a new partial denture.  We were also seeing another family member - on the same account - who received treatment in March of 2016, but has yet to pay the balance of $644.60. Ms. [redacted] let us know right a way...

that her previous bridge was made in her Country and she liked their work.  She also let us know that she was planning on visiting her Country the end of June 2016, and wanted her prosthetic by that time.  We delivered her partial on 6/13/2016.  At that visit, [redacted] decided she was going to have a new bridge done in her Country while she was on vacation and wanted to stop treatment. She was informed that since the device was already made and nothing was wrong with it, and she was choosing not to finish treatment (adjustments, etc), that we would not offer her a refund.  She agreed to finish treatment after her vacation.  When she came back in September, we noticed that she did get a new device that was made in her home Country.  [redacted], at this point said she did not want the partial we made for her and did not even want to try it in.  I spent over an hour with her, reviewing her family account and showing her line by line how they actually owe us money.    We wish it didn’t turn out this way; however, bottom line is Ms. [redacted] to date, isn’t willing to pay an outstanding debt for services already rendered, and is not related to the treatment she started and discontinued.
