that will help us evaluate her complaint. We also reached out to our QualityControl department who advised us that there is 55 mg of naturally occurring sodium per 4capsule serving size. This amount of sodium implies a daily value of 2.25%' based on therecommended daily intake. There is also 15mg of potassium per 4 capsule serving size.Potassium is known to counter sodium's effect on blood pressure. Based on the aboveinformation, it unlikely that our WellBetX® PGX® with Mulberry Extract product has caused theraised in blood pressure as reported. We also suggested that [redacted] consults with a qualifiedhealthcare practitioner for guidance regarding using this product. In closing, we had asked[redacted] for lot number and expiration date to help in the investigation if this product or anyother factors could cause the reported reaction.Natural Factors is committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers. As a manufacturer,we encourage our consumers to return a product to the store of purchase for a refund orexchange depending on the store policy. We would be happy to arrange with retailer for the fullrefund if that is the direction consumer chooses.
