equipment and process we do, there are a few reasons that some clients have a harder time loosing the inches they are trying to handle. It can be a low thyroid or adrenal which we refer them to their Dr. to check if they choose to. A persons eating, drinking and exercise habits, along with any other medications they may be taking, will also have an affect on the results. We cannot and will not guarantee any results as we have no control on how the clients choose to live their lives. I am sure that any workout or weight loss program creates a bit of a different result for the different lifestyles represented as well. We have a majority of very happy and satisfied clients and thought that Amanda would be part of that group. The average person uses 10-12 treatments to obtain satisfaction.  That is promoted also by the equipment manufacturer. Some require more and some less. We will not refund any of the services that have been delivered as the monies paid by the clients goes to the costs to deliver the services and are very reasonable.Sincerely,[redacted]Managing Ptnr.

I am rejecting this response because: If a Natural Foundations believes in the products and services they are rendering to the public they should offer a money back guarantee. If I was told in the beginning that there was no guarantee I would achieve any results, I would not have wasted my time and my money. They claimed I would lose inches of body fat with Lipolight, that I was a good candidate and I would get great results. I'm healthy, I eat right and excersize. I am not on any medications and I have no health issues. I would be willing to submit my physical and blood work that I got done after the owner told me I may have a "health issue". Just to prove that if you claim the product works then why didn't it work for me? If Natural Foundations truly stands by a product and the customer is not satisfied, the right thing to do would be to refund the customers money, and also disclose any information that would hinder they're results.    Sincerely,Unsatisfied Customer
