After reviewing the products on-line and then deciding against it I received several emails which I ignored and then I received several phone calls, two of which I was unavailable, and then finally connected I found the "sales pitch" was very pushy and after a lengthy discussion where I had said no several times, to no avail, I agreed to a trial of the two products for a price of $each (American prices) When I received my [redacted] Card bill I was very agitated to see billing of $for one product and $for the other (both American prices) I immediately contacted the company and returned the products (which were never opened) I was then told there was a $restocking charge for each product (again American funds) It cost me $to return the products for a total of $for nothing Lesson learned.....do not give in to pushy sales people who don't know the meaning of no

They say that they have done everything above and beyond what they should do, however, in the telephone conversation with the company concerning not wanting the product, the only thing they wanted us to do was accept their product at a discounted amount which we declined. Their web site explicitly says they do not accept prepaid ***cards, yet they deducted shipping charges for a FREE trial of their product. We received their product one day and the next checked our ***Card balance and their was a deduction of $and we called to demand our money back. The only thing we ever received was their free trial bottle of day supply. Now what do they want? The free trial bottle back before we get our $89.97?The company only wants to call us to try to get us to accept their product at a reduced rate. They called again on 2/5/2015. We don't want to discuss any reduced rate. I would like to file suit against their company for taking money illegally. They have never attempted to refund our money. They said they have set up a way to get it back with an RMA. they want the free bottle back??

In addition if you google the company, they continue to do this to many customers If they were a company who would want to save there reputation, they would act in integrity and refund my money, because the number provided is incorrect

This company is very deceptive. I ordered ColoCleanse and Garncinia Cambogia Burn as a "free trial" and was only suppose to be charged shipping of $4.95 for each product. 6 weeks later, my credit card has been charged 4 separate charges for an additional $249.91! When I called the telephone number from my first and only email from the company and questioned what was happening, I was told that the 2 charges were from the "free trial" and that the other 2 charges were for a shipment that has been mailed to me. I have only received one bottle each of the above products (30-day supply) and it has cost me a total of $259.81. BEWARE, there is nothing "free" about the trial products and the customer service rep states he is rep for the company but states he doesn't know how to contact the company or the name of the company. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused. His first solution was to refund me 35% of 2 of the charges and his final offer was 50% refund. I felt trapped because he would not let me talk to anyone else and he acted as if he was doing me a tremendous favor. Whether the product works or not, is irrelevant at this point. I only agreed to the "free trial".

We reviewed Customer Details and she requested and received a Chargeback from her bank for 74.97 on 9.9.16. I have attached screenshots with conversations with CS as well.

Ms. [redacted] contacted customer service on 6/05/15 at that time she was offered courtesy refunds for a resolution. A full refund was agreed to on the most current charges which resulted in a total refund of $89.97.  This was agreed to as shown in the attached account notes and the customer was satisfied. The customer was advised of our 30 return/refund policy but was refunded the March and May Garcinia charges due to a charge back We did offer 50% refunds for charges outside our policy which she declined. Today after review by Manager we have made a good faith adjustment of both remaining $69.97 charges that customer should see within a few business days on her card. Burn Trial. I assume the complaint is related to the $4.95 shipping on the 30 day supply.  Then the ongoing membership of $89.97.·         The trial was signed up for on 12/25/14 they had 14 days from that date to try the 30 day supply that was shipped during the trial period. They did not call to inform customer care they did not want to continue until after the billing took place on 1/8/15.·         Mrs. [redacted] then called customer service on 1/12/15 at that time she was offered refunds. All were declined and a Return Merchandise Authorization number was issued to return the product for a full refund.  This was agreed to on the call by the customer on 1/12/15. Once our warehouse receives the product back a refund will be issued which could take up to 30 business days.·         For your information Mrs. [redacted] signed up for the trial at http://naturalgarciniacambogiaburn.com/trial/·         In this case the program is clearly detailed as a trial program with a summary of the program terms provided on the check-out pages, and full details provided in the Terms & Conditions. After reviewing the products on-line and then deciding against it I received several emails which I ignored and then I received several phone calls, two of which I was unavailable, and then finally connected. I found the "sales pitch" was very pushy and after a lengthy discussion where I had said no several times, to no avail, I agreed to a trial of the two products for a price of $4.99 each (American prices). When I received my [redacted] Card bill I was very agitated to see billing of $90.89 for one product and $117.78 for the other (both American prices). I immediately contacted the company and returned the products (which were never opened). I was then told there was a $9.95 restocking charge for each product (again American funds). It cost me $10.00 to return the products for a total of $30.00 for nothing. Lesson learned.....do not give in to pushy sales people who don't know the meaning of no.
