This is an awful company to work with They offer a 'free trial' and then charge over $for their bottle of capsules I would almost call it a scam, but when I recently reviewed their website it does say it will charge you after days When I purchased the product, however, through their advertisement link on a page I was viewing it said no such thing Only on their direct website NOT the advertisement links! Lesson learned buying items that way It took me minutes to cancel when speaking with customer service The service rep first told me he would 'take care of it' but then kept talking over me trying to sell me additional products And when I became upset he then refused to apply a credit to my account

These [redacted] are running a scam They hide information and then catch you with a very high charge after days I bought bottle and saw nothing on the buy site that indicated a later, and much higher, charge Yesterday I opened my email and found a very non-descript receipt for $ I called the site (# on the back of the bottle) and got a hard to understand customer service person She explained that this was a natural charge to which I explained it as total ht and a scam I told her emphatically I wanted to cancel immediately She said ok and after five attempts to 'do something for me for half price' after I repeatedly said to cancel, I lost my temper and yelled to just cancel the [redacted] order I called my cc company and asked if I had to pay, to which they responded yes So, I asked them to flag that entry and I'll keep a file copy of the email cancellation (against future, unauthorized orders) that I finally got from the company in case they try this [redacted] again I don't believe the product works either Someone might be prone to go shoot these [redacted] if they get mad enough Do business with this company at your own risk

When I purchased the product, however, through their advertisement link on a page I was viewing it said no such thing. Only on their direct website. NOT the advertisement links! Lesson learned buying items that way. It took me 20 minutes to cancel when speaking with customer service.
