im so sorry you feel this way we tried calling you back on saturday and no one answered the phone I asked the driver about the boxes and why he didnt move them he said I told the lady there is no more room in the truck for the boxes do u want me to take the boxes or the big stuff he said the lady replied go ahead and move the big stuff and what ever you can fit and she will take the boxes to her new home we also asked her if she wanted us to make a 2nd trip for the boxes and she still said no I will take care of the boxes I also asked the driver about the desk and he said there was no damage for nothing everything was fine he said she was very happy I can offer you $dollars refund but the decorations were in the boxs that we just picked up and brought to the house the guys had nothing to do with the decoration being damaged because all the boxes that the man could fit in the truck was sealed im so sorry if we had a missed communication I did try calling you on saturday but I will be more than happy to refund you $

we offered mr [redacted] on the day of the move $for the scratch on the table him and his wife said don't worry about it everything is fine the workers also told him let us give u a discount now so u dont call the office the next day and complain they both said no we are happy with everything and we will not be calling to make a complaint I can offer him $for the small scratch they did to the small table but we already gave him over $in discount for a hour move day

First it was made up numbers They were supposed to be at the house at AM, we called when they did not show up and they ended up sending someone out at 11: They worked until 8:which is hours + hour for whatever it is they call it There was no mention that we would be paying for any material, so that charge is unexpected This is the 3rd different rational for the pricing they have provided None have been the same They are focusing on the charges, which I believe to be inflated by $to $100, and are ignoring the fact that they damaged two pieces of furniture and are refusing to have them repaired The last time I talked to them, they accused me of damaging the furniture after they delivered it and therefor were not responsible The damage was brought to their attention when it was taken off the truck At the time their comment was its not that bad and we did the best we could It is that bad and I don’t care if that’s the best they could do They damaged it, I want them to own that fact and fix the furniture. They did offer to take $off the inflated price, but my response was I will work with the business to determine what needs to be done Never did the owner identify himself as such during the discussions Also, I was not allowed to use a credit card because the office was closed and the cards could not be verified

we started work @am and finished @ 10pm if you do your math 13hours plus the hour travel time that equals to hourhours times it by $= $+ for shrink wrap and $for extra stop that = $+ the 22% added to the total for gas = $that would be the total for the whole move
and we only charged him $we gave him a total of $dollar discount for the table even though him and his wife said it was ok to not worry about it because the guys where working all day and they didnt even let the guys drink water they said when you are not on our time you can drink water because they didnt want to waste time it would cost them money we still gave him a discount for the small scratch no one ever used bad language with none of our client I have a recording of mr mike threatening if we dont give him money back he will call all the news channels and go on ever internet site a talk bad about our company if we dont give him money back I can not refund him no more money because we already gave him a discount of $

Mrs *** never mentioned no damage and we already refunded her $dollars im offering her $back more so a total of $all together I can not refund her more money

He did offer the $50, but we did not agree to it.  At the time I thought they were just the worker guys and did not think they were the ones to deal with.  I said I would talk to the company since they supposedly have insurance for such things.  Plus I had no idea what the costs would be.  May that was enough, maybe not.  Never did the one person identify themselves as an owner.  They did not work 14 hours so the supposed discount is bogus and a straight up lie. I’m tired of this back and forth, what I want is my furniture fixed.  I would like the overcharge, but I can see that is never going to happen.  I have accepted the fact that my mistake of not insisting on the paperwork and trusting them is going to cost me. But they can not dispute the fact that they damaged furniture and are responsible. I have time stamped pictures that prove the damage was there when they took the stuff off the truck.

Here are pictures of damages incurred by movers. It is evident that the desk drawer was pushed in during moving by other furniture. There is no way to repair this nor the Halloween decoration. I asked for $150, they offered $50, so I will settle for $100, which will still not cover the costs to replace.

Yes I called and asked for 2 men and was quote a price of 39.99 trip mileage, with the number 12781 I wrote that on the paper copy that I sent you with the date of 8-9-14. As I said she sent out 3 with 49.99 with the name of [redacted].The extra charge came in when I notice that I was being charged for a Big Screen TV and gas mileage of 22%. Under the total you can see that a charge of $244; I asked if that was the total and his reply was yes, so I signed. Only to go to my account to see I was charged $25.00 that is where I made the call and got back $50.00. After that here are some pic of what I did not like but signed for I know this is a he say she say. But on May 25 I was not satified with how I was lied to. Here are some pic from the move.

We already gave him over $200 of a discount im sorry he feels this way we took care of everything before they left and I am willing to refund him $50 even though the day of the move he told the guys everything was ok and not to worry about it $50 is all I can refund him

When I talked to the gentleman on the  phone I had explained to him all the charges and I gave him more than 100 dollars in discount I tried offering him $25 dollars back but he refused to take it and kept telling me he was gonna sue my company and he has all these lawyers on the phone he was...

really rude and would not let me talk he also kept asking me if I know how to use a calculator I tried working it out with him but he just kept being rude I am willing to refund him $25
