Review: About 20 DAYS A GOI Contracted Natural Green to removal a tree from my yard the aggreemet stated that they would remove the tree also its rootsthey told me that they would remove the tree at 11am after waiting all day they never came so I left my home that evening sometime before dark they came and removed the tree but their were several large roots above ground that they did not removeI called them they did return to remove the roots but not at the time they told me again they told me that they would be at my home at 11ambut again they came late in the evening when it was dark the next day I noticed their were several large roots with a diameter of five inches near the surface in my yard I Have called them several times they always say they will be at my home at a certain time to to remove the roots but the they never showDesired Settlement: WHAT I WOULD LIKE TO HAPPEN I WOULD LIKE NATURAL GREEN TO REMOVE THE TREE ROOTS PER OUR CONTRACTUAL A AGREEMENT
