I spoke to the builder on [redacted] house. [redacted] didn't take the $300 discount because he still refuses to pay the Builder. [redacted] ***, the rest of his money. So I'm stuck in the middle. [redacted] is sending me an email stating that there was nothing wrong with front walk bricks when they made a site visit! That's when [redacted] lied to them them hoping they would replace the bricks.Sean

The warranty page was never provided with the contract despite his indicating so Natural Grove ruined a perfectly good tree by never staking it after planting I sent him pictures showing that the tree was starting to fall over in the strong western winds; despite saying he would return to stake it, he never did and the tree fell completely over it snapped in 1/ He never replaced it nor did he pay for it as he offered He sealed a brick paver walkway causing the pavers to turn a milky white color no homeowner would ever like it that way He also sealed an Indiana limestone stepper which the manufacturer said should never have been done and indicated that it likely caused it to spall when he placed against a constantly wet concrete divider joint it couldn't dry out and spalled as a result I paid another company to repair the sunken landing in the back yard, replace the limestone stepper and install a new tree I have documentation for all of the above including Natural Grove's responses Buyer beware

profit on this job.This customer did receive our Company Warranty Page with the contract. As far as the replacement tree that died we planted this tree where the homeowner had marked it. Only for him to change his mind and asked us to move it six inches. in our attempt to try and move the tree the burlap ball fell apart. The builder of home owners home was with us that morning helping us. So trying to please this customer we ruined a perfectly good tree didn't make it. Needless to say nothing we could do ever pleased this home owner. Almost every tree and plant we bought from local nurseries he had us return and then wanted to go pick out everything himself. We sealed his front brick walkway. He decided that he didn't like it after we sealed it. [redacted] came to look at it, so the homeowner lied to them and told him that it was never sealed. in an effort to get them to replace the bricks. I could go on and on but I wont. I wish this Home owner the best of luck. He called me to do more work on his home but I declined. All issues were resolved. Hello,My apologies re: the response time as I had been traveling extensively for work as of late.  Attached are the following requested that I could gather quickly this evening to respond back.  I can get the balance although I will need a few more days.E-mails from Natural Grove indicating that they're sending a check for $300 for the tree that fell over that never arrived despite numerous attempts to reach him.  Also, pictures of the sunken steps in the back yard as well as the delaminated stepper out front which was improperly sealed (natural stone should not have been sealed).  I ended up having other landscapers repair these items afterwards as the "warranty" he provided to the builder upon my complaint was never provided to me with the contract (I can send this as well).Please advise.
