Review: I had a conversation with a sales representative for colon flow. I refused to accept his offer after he refused to take no for offers to buy other products. The sale representative would not stop asking me to buy other products. I was uncomfortable with his sales tactics so I refused the offer for the colon flow. On May 15, 2014 I removed a package of colon flow from my mail. I have since returned the product. The entire offer has been very deceptive, the customer service demanded I open the package and write the RMA number inside the package. She told me to write the RMA on both the inside and the outside of the package. The practices of this company not telling the customer the right information while making charges to the customers account is deceptive. Specifically telling me to send the package back and to open the package to write the RMA on the inside of the package. The company does not accept return to sender packages because they refuse to pay the shipping and handling on returned packages/products. Another representative said the package would have been returned back to me had I not opened it to write the RMA on the inside of the package because they do not receive return to sender packages. This is very deceptive because the sales representative did not mention any return information when he spoke to me. I would like the 11.80 I paid for shipping and handling returned to me, along with the 3.91 I paid to send it back. I ask for this because I asked him not to send the product to me after he so rudely tried to demand I listen to him pitch sale offers to buy other products. I said no to the first offer he made another offer, I said no to the second offer and I asked him to not send anything and that I was declining to take anything including the colon flow.Desired Settlement: To have the conversation I had with the sales representative reviewed, the return of the shipping fees in the amounts of 11.80 and 3.19 for both mailing and return of the colon flow. Contact from an executive so that I may discuss my concerns regarding the treatment I received from the sale representative, and the customer service personnel.

Review: Trial Offer Free. End of 30 days charge me (44.92 x 2) for product -- never told about charges thought it was a free trial offer. But they are planning to charge me 90.00 after 30 days. I did not agree to such agreement.Desired Settlement: Do not charge me for free trial offer.
