"Keto Pure Select" distributed by Natural Nutrition free trial not free, they charge $90! And customer service won't respond.
They charge $90 3 days after getting the product & continue to charge $90 monthly! Supposedly there is a 100% satisfaction as printed on the bottle. However, the customer service "shift manager" refused to refund the $90 after I offered to send it back UNOPENED. He told me that I agreed to pay the $90 by a contract within the free trial. Then told me to email his supervisor to resolve & nobody has responded after multiple attempts.

Company sent two bottles of product unsolicted to daughter who is 16. Dangerous dietary supplements. No idea how they got her name or address.
Today we received a package unsolicited which contain two products from this company that were allegedly for my daughter who is 16 years old. The first is something called keto blend and the second is something called keto blend - these are very dangerous dietary supplement and we have no idea how they got her name or address. They have not charged us for the product as of today but are concerned about their sales and distribution policies. We would appreciate an immediate and full investigation and report back.

The worst online scam I've ever seen and the first I've ever fallen victim to. My experience follows exactly the same pattern as other complaints here. I agreed to pay $4.99 for a trial. I got three small bottles of product, two I had never heard of before. Two weeks later I was billed for a total of $280 for this "sample"! The "explanation" was that I was billed $89.76 for EACH little container. At no time was that ever explained, nor would any sane person agree to it! They kept insisting that it was agreed to--but they have yet to prove it. I was also over-billed for the shipping and handling by 3 times over. I was told that's because each product shipped from a different location, even though all 3 items arrived together in one small box! No invoice was contained in the single shipment. Nor did I ever receive an order acknowledgement indicating that I had 14 days to cancel.

The customer service line(s) are there simply for the purpose of confusing and confounding callers with a raft of scripted come-backs that range from total nonsense and double-speak by extremely fast-talking people who treat your questions like it's a big game for them.

This company is like wrestling with an octopus. It has literally dozens of phone numbers, websites, product names, and is nothing more than a giant, impenetrable shell game. In my case, I was told that the shipment I received was not a sample but a full month's supply. And I was blamed over and over again for not "understanding" the terms and conditions. But no terms or conditions were ever included in anything I could find. And I looked HARD for them before I signed up.

In addition, I also had to cancel the credit card used and change the form of payment on upwards of 20 other (legitimate) accounts!

I have been advised by AARP, my state's Attorney General's office, and Revdex.com to pursue this with the IC3 unit with the FBI. I am doing that today.

I received this product in the mail and I did not order the product. I called the customer support line asking to show prove I ordered
I asked for prove that I ordered that prove being a form I completed and my clicking on the agreement of the terms. I was refused the request. This company charged me $87.47 for this product. I received the product but I know I did not order the product.

I ordered product from this company and it stted that their would be a 14-day trail. I did not receive the product until 7-days after the product was ordered. I was compelled to call the company to inquire when the 14-day trial would expire and I was informed that it would end 6-days from now. (order date Jan. 15, 2020). Now I have a product that I have not had opportunity to try and decide on the validity of the product before I would be charged $89.00+ for. I informed the person on the phone that I wanted to cancel the subsripition. He in turn tells me that I have to return the product at my own cost. First and foremost the advertisement does not clearly explain and/or disclose when the trial starts or ends and other important information a cosummer needs to know. If I had not called I would have been charged for this product. I actually opted for this trial through another vender that I used and it was supposedly a gift. (Will be calling them also). I find this type of business practice misleading and frustrating.
