magnesium citrates in the Cal Mag Citrate complex, we would like to inform the customer that the product remains predominantly of citrate form. Small amounts of mineral salts remain in any natural mineral citrate production process. We are reviewing the label of the product in question and will make any changes necessary to avoid confusion in the future.

Review: 1) Nature's Plus Cal Mag Citrate prod # 3369 has a misleading label. The pure calcium citrate/magnesium citrate formula was changed to a poorer quality,less bioavailable form of citrate/'COMPLEX' which includes the less bioavailable and therefore less desireable and cheaper forms of these minerals. The front label has not been updated to reflect this, misleading the consumer to thinking they are receiving pure calcium citrate/magnesium citrate which was the old formula, but instead are actually receiving calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide in unknown quantities, along with unkown amounts of what the front label actually states the product contains - the CITRATE form of these minerals.

2) Certificate of Analysis (Assay Test Results on what the product actually contains) included with the product is also misleading and inaccurate as it is based on the old formula, pure citrate formula, instead of the what is actually being provided, the complex containing calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide

3) Customer Service/Nature's Plus NOT Responding: Several times during the past week I've contacted Nature's Plus ###-###-#### as well as by email, to get answers to the following Qs, but they have not responded:

Please answer the following Qs, based on Product # 3369 Cal Mag Citrate PER SERVING (3 CAPS) HOW MUCH IS ACTUALLY:

Q1: calcium citrate?

Q2: magnesium citrate?

Q3: magnesium oxide?

Q4: calcium carbonate?

Q5: why are less bioavailable forms - magnesium oxide and calcium carbonate - being added?

Q6: when will independent assay test be updated to reflect “complex”?Desired Settlement: 1) Refund my purchase price of $6.99

2) Immediately change front label and all ads to reflect new formula "Cal Mag Citrate COMPLEX" (instead of just Cal Mag Citrate)

4) Immediately update Supplement Facts" on back label AND anywhere advertised to show exact quantities/mg of EACH of the following: calcium citrate, magnesium citrate, calcium carbonate and magnesium oxide so the consumer will no longer be misled or deceived as to what the product actually contains and what they are actually paying for.

5) Immediately update the Certificate of Analysis to reflect results depicting the NEW FORMULA (Citrate COMPLEX) that is being supplied, instead of the older formula (pure citrate) that is NOT being provided.

6) Responsive customer service providing accurate answers in a timely manner (w/in 3 business days), including to the following:

My complaint is about a product that I have being buying through a provider named vitacost. The product is milk thistle in liquid form item number **SSN**82. I,ve notiiced that this product appears to be old or contaminated and after contacting Nature,s Plus I was assured that I would be contacted for an explanation; however, this never happened. I still think this product is deffective and if the chemestry has changed we all should be made aware.

Review: RE: Natural Beauty Cleansing Bar -- Nature's Plus

I have been a Nature's Plus customer of the Natural Beauty Cleansing Bar since 1996.

This specific complaint is for NATURAL ORGANICS, INC. at [redacted]. I spoke to "[redacted]" in Customer Service about an issue with the manufacturer's date stamp on the Natural Beauty Cleansing Bar.

I have been trying to resolve what it means. I purchased 7 bars of soap from the Vitamin Shoppe, Store [redacted], in [redacted]. The bars had a date stamp on the white sticker "[redacted]" and "[redacted]".

I sent Nature's Plus an email, since contact information is hidden unless you do a search. No response. I followed up and finally got a response: "[redacted]" = December 2012 and "[redacted]" = June 2012.

I am not in the habit of purchasing items from 2012. I want soaps that are from 2013 or 2014.

"[redacted]" in Customer Service was unable to provide me with proper information. He forwarded my concern to someone in product issues and I received a phone call from some woman in [redacted]. She was a complete it so I disconnected the phone call.

I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY QUESTION ANSWERED AS TO WHY I CANNOT GET SOAPS MANUFACTURED RECENTLY.

I cannot believe the utter lack of concern, lack of information.. I can go on and on.
