Thanks Revdex.com we have now received our refund.  It is unfortunate this company chose not to give a $210 refund and in turn lost a $25000 + year account and also unfortunate that my office staff had to waste so much time in repetitively phoning this company for the same issue.  Again, thanks to Revdex.com I feel we have finally gotten this resolved. Client has been credited the desired credit of $42.58. Two calls have been made to the client to inform them we would be crediting this back to their account/credit card. Please see screenshot for detail of credit.
