Back on 11/21/I bought a [redacted] I also took out a Platinum extended warranty and service contractEvery time I go in for service or repairs I have to show them my contract to get repairs or service because they say I never took out a Platinum contractWhen I show them my contract they say my contract was canceled and That I have gold plus contract not a platinum contractWhen I ask who canceled my contract they won't tell me when and who made the change nor will they show me the gold plus contract showing where I agreed to this changeI contacted [redacted] warranty services which provides my warranty and service contractsWhen I asked [redacted] when and who canceled my contract that someone at the dealership canceled my platinum contract and they put in place the lesser gold plus contractThis was done on 11/the same day I bought the car this was done after I left the dealershipNo one from the dealership never contacted me to inform me of the chang

I bought a vehicle from this dealership and double checked my paperwork as I was thinking of trading in the vehicle only to find that I was overchargedI used [redacted] to get a price that the [redacted] said would be honored only to find that my deal went to finance for at least a thousand dollars over the promised priceWhen I brought it to their attention, they admitted there was an issue but the [redacted] refused to do anything about it

My experience here has to be among the worstI had been in talks with another of Morgan Automotive Groups car dealerships and was preparing to buy two cars from themMy VW had a check engine light on so arranged to have it serviced at this dealership prior to trading it inI was told I would have a courtesy car upon arrival (I live an hour and a half away) and all I had to do was present a valid DL and insuranceOnce I got there they told me they do not provide courtesy cars they have a shuttleThe shuttle wasnt made available to me since I live so far awayAfter an hour or more of waiting on a solution a car was made available to me but I was told the car had to be back that night regardless if my car was ready or notThe reason? Because the GM uses the tag on his personal vehicle and he would need it to get homeWhat???
A few hours after I got home the service rep called me to inform me as to what was wrong with the vehicleWheel Speed Sensors was the culprit which was what I had suspectedHaving suspected this all along I was familiar with the labor involved and the cost of the replacement parts
Labor: About one hourOne an a half at best
Parts: $for the very best after market brand that actually rank higher than the original VW brand
The service rep gave me a price of $for parts and labor (They wanted to use the VW brand parts which are 3xs the amount) I was never told aftermarket parts where available
They also charged me $to hook up the diagnostic leadsAdvance Auto does this for freeSo does Napa, Autozone,etcThen they charged me $to hookup the scanner again for a "more detailed reading"
I made a deal out of all of this, the car issue as well and they took care of all the bill minus $
When I arrived with the loaner car to retrieve my vehicle the General Manager, *** *** was rude and started getting aggressive after I wanted to discuss the $charge I was left withHe flat out refusedThings got heatedHe cussed and yelled and I cussed and yelled then as I was getting into my car he actually physically charged at me after throwing down his clipboad and something else from about feet stopping short only after me yelling towards him that I would sue if he put his hands on me.He was 1/inch from my face and yelling at this point!
Thats not even the end of it! The following day his Community Relations Manager, *** *** *** calls me on the phone and calls me all sorts of names and is yelling and cussingI contacted the Regional Manager and informed him what was going on an told him my version of the events that transpired the night beforeI thought it was over after thatNope! I then get a series of text attacking my faith, being told that my soul was being prayed for and also some texts about a made up story of me threatening to shoot everyone
Im beyond speechless at this point I just wanted to buy two cars
