Natural Pure Cleanse

Review: This company advertised under a false endorsement from the Dr. Oz show that you could receive a FREE bottle of Natural Pure Cleanse and only pay $4.95 for shipping to try the product for 30 days. About a month after receiving the product the company debited my bank account for an additional 89.95 without any authorization. They then sent me another bottle on 1/6/14 that I didn't order and again unlawfully debited my bank account in the amount of $89.95 plus shipping of $4.95.Desired Settlement: I am returning the product and want my money refunded and want this company to cancel any further shipments.

We have not advertised our product on the Dr. Oz show. There are other companies selling similar products to ours. Our policies are implemented as a 14 day free trial with only the cost of shipping and handling, within the 14 days if the customer is unsatisfied with our product he or she may call in or email us to cancel their order and send back the product. After the 14 days, the consumer is no longer on trial; therefore, they will be charged for the first product they received. The consumer will then automatically be subscribed to our monthly subscription unless they take the initiative to call in or email us to cancel it. This particular consumer called in and spoke to one of our representatives. Our notes state that she did not agree with our terms and conditions, but she never asked for a refund. We have refunded her the amount of $94.90 on 1/9/2014.
