Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: In regards to the statements below by Orly Z***: The day of the initial purchase on April 30, my wife was asked by the sales people to call the credit card company, because the charge was not accepted and approvedMy wife does not work and has no incomeThe sales staff also asked her to use other credit cardsMy wife used then her American Express credit card to charge her initial purchase for $Since that purchase was accepted, Orly (the owner) introduced her to their most expensive items and coerced her to buy these for $6283.20, and then another round of coercion for $After these purchases, Orly offered my wife to talke her home (to Ewa Beach.), she did not ask to be driven home Contrary to Orly's statement my wife did not have any other shopping bags, the only purchase she made at the center was for [redacted] Glasses at Ala Moana CenterIt appears that once my wife was hooked they really started taking advantage of herThree credit card charges on the same day within two charges on another day speak for themselves The only shopping bags she had were the ones of the purchases she made at their kioskOn May , (not the next day) my wife went back to the shopping center and since she felt tired asked to sit in one of their chairs, needless to say that they coerced her again in two more purchases of $and $all charged to her American Express card Her total purchase exceeding $12,for these two days Also my wife does not recall that she purchased , she was charged forI have been trying for the past almost months to get copies of the items my wife purchased with out being able to do so Orly has been not very cooperative and it took two months just to get the stubs for the CC charges, which do not show the items my wife purchased despite numerous requestsOnce my wife showed me her credit card statements asking me to pay for I was shockedWhen I contacted Orly about the $12.000+ charges, she said she has customers spending and buying that much every day and did not consider it unusualAlso, my wife does not recall having spent that much money at the kioskPerhaps that is the reason, I have not been able to get an itemized receipt from Orly as of today despite numerous requests I am not sure what international price is supposed to mean (gauging, in my opinion), the items can be purchased for a fraction of the cost over the InternetOrly also does not have any prices listed on the items or displayed in any other fashionTheir sales tactics are mirror images for the many complaints received at other malls in the US and internationally selling the very same products based on reports on the InternetThe products have been in our house since my wife had bought them in its original boxes I am not sure why she cannot take the items back since it represents only daily purchase of a single customer, by her own words My wife's mood disorder (Bi-Polar), made her the perfect target to coerce as much money out of her as possible, which was during a period she refused to take her medicationmaking her do things she normally does not do Sincerely, [redacted]

with our customer service was giving to her.she called her credit card company twice to approve her purchase.the next day miss *** came back again and ask to purchase more of the skin care product .the sale was on the end of our business day , and miss *** was full hand with many shopping bags from other stores that she was buying from .we already close our shop and she was asking if we can take her home .our goal is to give the best customer service to any customer of us so we did accept her request to drive her home .the items that was selling to the lady are international prices .she choose the most expensive items on the shop .it is known that cosmetic items can't return after months of purchase. from the reason that we don't know the condition of where was the items was kept ,and we cant put it back on the shelf and resale it !when we first meet miss *** she looked completely person that was aware on what she doing she looked wealthy and healthy .our return policy is : "No refund exchange only within days "(it is showing on both receipt).the husband had ask for a return after months after day of purchase .we really want to help miss *** and her husband , unfortunately his request of returning the items was long time after the date of purchase .best regards ,Orly Z*** *** ***

My wife does not work and has no income. The sales staff also asked her to use other credit cards. My wife used then her American Express credit card to  charge her initial purchase for $1780.24. Since that purchase was accepted, Orly (the owner) introduced her to their most expensive items and coerced her to buy these  for  $6283.20, and then another round of coercion for $1360.31. After these purchases, Orly offered my wife to talke her home (to Ewa Beach.), she did not ask to be driven home.
Contrary to Orly's  statement my wife did not have any other shopping bags, the only purchase she made at the center was for [redacted] Glasses at Ala Moana Center. It appears that once my wife was hooked they really started taking advantage of her. Three credit card charges on the same day within two charges on another day speak for themselves.  The only  shopping bags she had were the ones of the purchases she made at their kiosk.
On May 4 , (not the next day) my wife went back to the shopping center and since she felt tired asked to sit in one of their chairs, needless to say that they coerced her again in two more purchases of $2094.40 and $523.55 all charged to her American Express card Her total purchase exceeding $12,000 for these two days..  Also my wife does not recall that she purchased , she was charged for. I have been trying for the past almost 3 months to get copies of the items my wife purchased with out being able to do so . Orly has been not very cooperative and it took two months just to get the stubs for the CC charges, which do not show the items my wife purchased despite numerous requests.
Once my wife showed me her credit card statements asking me to pay for I was shocked. When I contacted Orly about the $12.000+ charges, she said she has customers spending and buying  that much every day and did not consider it unusual.
