I purchased a mattress from Natural Sleep Factory Direct and they delivered my mattress on time They were EXTREMELY professional and helpful when I called after delivery with a follow up question as well I LOVE my new mattress and I have never slept better My husband loves it too!

We ordered a matress from the home and Garden show from this company on 2/9/we still do not have the matress We have left several messages and they have given us many excuses If not delivered by 3/9/We will dispute the charge

I had a great experience with this company. I ordered an adjustable king-size bed at the WPB show on a Saturday. I received a call the following Tuesday to schedule my delivery. The delivery was on time and went very smooth. The bed works perfect and I am sleeping great.

In April 2015 puchased a Firm Queen Mattress, Base, cover pillows and sheet from Natural Sleep and I am very happy with my order...The prodcut is excellent and my slee has gotten so much better...The customer service was great and helpful form the start to finish..I would recomend Natural Sleep products always....
