I purchased a set of supplements on 10/17/19. I did not immediately open them as I had a few other bottles of vitamins at the time. I recently opened the bottles to start taking them and the Dopmamine supplements appeared to have gone rancid. They were stored in a cool dark place and were sealed, however, the pills which are supposed to white are either completely orange/red or have reddish streaks through them. The expiration date on the bottom of the bottle says 07/2021. In my research I found *** reviews that have the exact same issue. I snapped pictures and sent them to the company via messenger, I also called and left a voicemail AND I sent them an email. I did receive a response stating there is a 30 day money back guarantee, I responded that I did not open my purchase upon receiving them, however, when I did open them they were rancid. Messenger showed they read the message and didn't respond. I emailed the company and I did receive a response that it is only a 30 day warranty and they would allow for a exchange, however, I do not feel comfortable taking their supplements. There is a clear quality control issue, especially after find others that had the SAME issue I did. I understand it is only a 30 day warranty, however, their product may not be safe and I am not willing to gamble with my health and and try it. How did their pills go rancid in their own sealed packaging when they are not supposed to expire for another year and a half. The company stopped responding when I asked for a refund, I have their supplements to return.
