We have attempted to contact the customer by email and phone calls in order to resolve the situation
We think that the customer may be
contacting the wrong seller for the productAs there are many different people on Amazon that sell our productWe state this because the customer mentioned that our phone message is "generic and doesn't mention the company name." This isn't true and our company name is the 4th and 5th word in the phone messageAlso checkin our phone records the phone number supplied has not contacted us
Also this customer has mentioned that they have attempted to email usWe don't have a received email from this customer
Lastly, the order number that the customer supplied is an Amazon order IDWhen we search Amazon's database we find that Amazon is telling us that we have never had an order with this ID number
What we think has possible happened is that this customer was sold Leyzene by another seller on AmazonThis seller is ignoring the emails and phone calls that have been sent through AmazonThis would also explain why we never fulfilled that order ID number and somebody else didAttached is Amazon telling us that we never fulfilled this order
What we would like to do is have the customer contact us because we can walk them through the proper steps on Amazon to get there refund
We can't fulfill the refund because it was never purchased from us

All of the contact information we have used is from their box, not from AmazonWe tried to reach them over several weeks in case there were phone line issues, and we have at least of the emails saved from emailing the address on the box ***This is on my husband's email though so if we need to furnish proof those emails were sent, it will have to be done by himI don't know if a message was added to the Leyzene number, but my husband tried several times over several weeks, and I tried once prior to logging a complaint, and it was always a generic message not containing company info
