Returned product and failed to receive refund (company has 90 day return guarantee).
Ordered product on 6/18/19. Emailed the company's customer service email to cancel order on 6/19/19. Company shipped product to me on 6/19/19 (received an email from company later after my cancellation email stating they shipped the product to me). On 6/22/19, I emailed company again after trying multiple times to call their customer service phone number. The number provided on their invoice is never answered and they never answer their provided email as well. On 6/27/19, I returned the product to the address that was on my shipping invoice. The product was shipped from: Life Nutra, P.O. Box 30111-91, Salt Lake City, Utah 84130, and this is the address that I returned the product to. I mailed the package via USPS first class with tracking and the tracking number is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. The product was received successfully according to the USPS tracking on 7/1/19. I have not received my refund of $199.95. The order number on the invoice that the company printed and shipped with the product is order number XXXXXXXX. When I was searching the Revdex.com complaint company search with their customer service number, it sent me to your West Florida complaint center even though I received the package mailed from Utah. Life Nutra put their customer service info on the shipping invoice and their customer service number is 855-401-3148 and email as [email protected]. I returned the product successfully a few days after receiving it. It was in the same condition, unopened and unused, returned within the 90 day money back guarantee return policy. I deserve my $199.95 refund. Thank you for your assistance.

I called to get a refund and, after two calls, still getting the runaround.
I had read the ad online and ordered the "trial" order of two weeks. Eleven days after receiving the product, I was charged 79.97 dollars. I called and spoke with KeShawn, agent *** and he told me I was being charged the full price because I didn't cancel my contract. I said I would report it to the Revdex.com and hung up. He called me back and left a voicemail stating he would refund the entire price in 3-10 days. I waited and checked my account. After 10 days and no refund, I called back on Thur. May 30 and spoke with Joel, agent *** who put me on hold multiple times before stating he would refund the full price and send me an email. He stated my email address to me and I confirmed it to him. As of Saturday, June 1, I have received no email and no refund from them. I still have the voice mail confirming they would refund my money but feel they are not honoring this agreement.

The offer is misleading, with product containing only 975 mg of the recommended 1,800 mg of exogenous ketones derived from Beta-Hydroxybutyrate (BHB). We receive "free product" (with an offer of an additional free product oh, boy) on a trial basis. In the very fine print in a very long terms and conditions segment we are told we only have 14 days to cancel the recurring sale to us for each bottle at $79.97. I was just charged over $80 for each of the two bottles of under-performing product that I could have bought under a different brand, with better content, for much less money.
Furthermore, I realized by reading item 16.7 of their terms, that I am automatically enrolled in the Sociallity AccessNow health community program (yes, that's how they spelled it), that is complimentary unless I cancel my supplement orders, which I did today. Now, I'm to be billed for that membership, too, unless I call to cancel. There is no mention of the price, but I imagine they will try to charge me immediately. I tried to call the cancellation number and a recording asked for my name and credit card number to complete the cancellation! This is such a scam. I am emailing the "health community program" today to cancel.
