Review: A pair of women shoes were purchased on November *, 2013 for $ 80.00 and the rubber started to crumble on the heal of the shoe after my wife walked two blocks back and forth to her church. Shoes were bought back to the store on Veteran Day November **, 2013. When we requested an exchange the [redacted] said it was normal wear and tear and refuse an exchange. We do not believe a shoes costing $ 80.00 should have this problems right after purchase.Desired Settlement: Replacement of shoes of the same style or a similar style
