I ordered the trial for garcinia cambogia weight loss, as seen on DrOzI placed the order on June and was guaranteed shipment on July I didn't receive the product until July leaving me only days to try the product before calling to cancelI was a day late in cancelling and was charged the complete $for a product that instead of having days to try, I only had We I called to cancel, they said that I wouldn't be charge except for the $After receiving my credit card statement, I noticed that there was a charge for the full amountI called the company and they refused to credit the full amount and said that they would only credit halfThis company is a fraud and is misleadingI called my credit card company and they reached out to this company and the company will not accept any calls from [redacted] Credit CardFortunately, my credit card company just credited my account

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.
Please note that I did NOT receive the email that was supposedly sent out. In addition they did not send it to the address I sent them upon their request. Having said that I got the check from my previous residence. It was dated the 16th and post marked the 19th.

with a satisfactory customer experience.
The customer receives a 14 day trial period per
product; which starts the date the order was placed. At the time of the
purchase, the customer agreed to the Terms and Conditions of the trial; which
states that if their account is not cancelled within the first 14 days, the
consumer would be charged for the price of the products received during their
trial period time frame and enrolled into a monthly auto ship.
We have implemented on our website that the
consumer must check the YES box to indicate that they have read through the
terms and conditions of our companies polices and agree to these terms and
condition. Once the box is checked YES and the purchase information is entered;
then the consumer is enrolled into our program and the orders are processed.
The
website always offers the terms and conditions available for the consumer, the
product details and the customer support information. Our company policy is to
ensure that we advertise our customer support information on all aspects to
ensure that it is convenient for the consumer. We have this detail listed on
the merchandise bottles, email confirmations sent directly to the customer
email address provided on their account, the invoices sent with shipment and
the product website.

Essential, LLC .   On 9-16-2016, [redacted] was sent an email, along with several other people, regarding a glitch in our system causing refunds to fail. We I called to cancel, they said that I wouldn't be charge except for the $4.95. After receiving my credit card statement, I noticed that there was a charge for the full amount. I called the company and they refused to credit the full amount and said that they would only credit half. This company is a fraud and is misleading. I called my credit card company and they reached out to this company and the company will not accept any calls from [redacted] Credit Card.
