Absolutely disgusted with EPS billing dept. Especially the Manager and his demeaning way of working through problems they've created. I had several issues with the way the installer connected my system and had so many false alarms and even received a fine from the City due to the excessive false alarms to the point I just quit using the service although I continued to pay, Then I sold my house which releases me from my contract and then they send more bills and even returned check fees when I paid online.
