We purchased a dining room table and a bench at Ashley At the time of the sale I took some pictures of the table and when the table was delivered it has a BIG scratch in one of the table ends that was not in there when we purchased it (I have pictures) I think it got damage when they transported it or it is a different tableWe told the delivery guy and called the Ashley center and asked them to repair the table or get a discount on the table They said that we received a good discount when we purchased it but we received a discount on a table that was not scratched They said they will send a repair guy to take a look a the table and they did A couple of days after they took the table to be repaired but the work they did was awful they ruined one side of the table They applied tint to the whole section removing the character of the table and that section is darker than the rest of the table I can provide pictures upon request

I purchased a sofa, loveseat and recliner from Ashley Furniture back in March or April of this year I paid $total for all pieces I had the living room furniture about a month and the loveseat felt like it was sitting on the floor The cushions became flat and the arms of the sofa sounded like cardboard when you would get up from the sofa The material in the sofa and loveseat is coming up and the fabric has long stricks like "picks" coming out of it I contacted Ashley furniture on numerous occasion and they finally sent a "repairman" to my house who said it would need to be replaced I never heard anything from Ashley Furniture and the next thing I know if *** showed up with a "box" I contacted the store and spoke with Lionel numerous time who was extremely rude He told me it was nothing he could do about the furniture I told him I was going to contact the Revdex.com and he finally after 4-phone calls told me to come back to the store to pick out something of t

An initial furniture purchase on 5/28/resulted in defective & damaged furniture being receivedThe request for repair and replacement of the furnish was not done in a timely mannerFinally, repair of the coffee table was done unsatisfactorily and replacement of the sofa was attempted but resulted in another defective item being offeredAfter numerous conversations and emails requesting a refund, the store offered a replacement opportunity in OctoberOn 10/28/a replacement set was orderedThe new set included additional fees but after numerous complaints about that, the fees were reversed so that the transaction would be an even exchangeThe initial delivery of the new furniture was unsatisfactory because the wrong color sectional was sent and damage to an end table was noted and delivery of that item was refusedThe re-order delivery attempt was again unsatisfactory because the delivery company indicated they weren't aware of an exchange being done and therefore wouldn
