This is not true, tracking history of the shipment didn't show that the product was arrived to UAE, second the seller informed me that the address I provided was not correct and they are going to charge me an extra amount for the shipping costi did not request the seller to ship to the same address, I only told him that the address I provided was correct and complete and it I am not going to pay any extra amount as the offer that I bought came with a free shippingthe seller took the decision of making a partial refund after that and I am not the one who asked for a refundI have all communications between me and the seller that prove what I am saying above, please let me know how to send it

We can email picture of customer's package that shows it did reach United Arab Emirates and was check-marked "Incomplete Address" and returned back to us. Customer still claims his address is correct and wanted us reship to the same address. We refunded his order minus $10.00 for our shipping cost. Our actual cost to the United Arab Emirates was $12.00.
We have repeated this to the customer over and over however he does not seems to understand. We have nothing more to add, this case is closed.

Goiters and nodules can be felt by probing by hand when they are not visible.Had you returned the first bottle within 30 days because it did not work for you,you would have been refunded.  After the first bottle, you continued to purchaseanother two, we definitely do not refund reorders. Folk reorder only when the product work for them.Now after 90 days you are asking for a refund. We like to point out to you againthat we follow our 30 day guarantee very strictly and do not deviate from it. Thank you,The NaturalyPure Team

This customer purchased 1 bottle on January 2, 2014 and used it.   If she did not receive any benefit from the product, at this very point,
she should have returned the product within 30 days with some  tablets still inside, as our guarantee clearly states. However the...

must have received some benefit since on January 22 she ordered 2 more bottles of the same product, even though our guarantee clearly
states that there is no refunds on reorders of the same product previously ordered. This is for obvious reasons.  
There is much fraud on the internet, if we did not have this policy in place anyone can order all kinds of products for several months
and then call with any pretext to ask for their money back.
At the end they end up with free products at the expense of the merchant. 
This customer should have called us after using the first bottle and mention that she did not get any benefit at all from the product,
at which point our advice would be ordering more of the same will not benefit her, but she chose to order 2 more bottles.  
We do have customers that regularly order this product because it does work for them, otherwise we would have discontinued it long
time ago, as it is, it has been on the market for over 6 years.
We are all different, natural products as well as pharmaceuticals work on some and not on others, can you go to the doctor or pharmacy
to ask for your money back ?

I am rejecting this response because this is totally unfair to the consumer.  When a return is made they ask for half the bottle back so that only taking 15 pills and even after on whole bottle that wouldn't be enough to see if the nodules have reduced, plus they ask for a restocking fee which doesn't make sense because you can restock open medicine.

I was a loyal customer with NaturalyPure Health Product for about 4 months. I like their products. So I order more products and spend over 143 dollars and my product never came. I contacted the customer service department and they admitted that they have had issues with shipping products. According to the UPS the products were shipped to me however, I never receive the products. I put a complained with the UPS. And Naturaly Pure ignored my complain and offered to send the products if I paid again. And for the customer service department it sucks.

I am rejecting this response because:
First: The seller is claiming that the shipment didn't arrive to UAE so what is the reason he is deducting the shipping cost? Cost of what?
Second: it looks that the seller has a lack of experience in shipping overseas, also there is a lack of confidence  form their customer service agent as he informed me by email after I made the order that they had experienced many problems with shipping to UAE before So if they knew that why they didn't reject the order from the beginning rather than cheating people and wasting their time?
 
again I have all communication that prove the above
