Review: 2 separate orders were placed for Beecaps. One on 2/27/13 for $101 and another on 3/10/13 for $ 26.20. My credit card was charged immediately before the product could be shipped. The product has never been shipped and I've called repeatedly to cancel the orders and have the costs credited back on my charge card. I have had no response after all this time.Desired Settlement: Would like a refund of the$127.20 that was charged to my credit card. No product was ever received

Review: On Feb 12, 2013 I placed an order for Bee Caps. The charge appeared on my March credit card statement. To Date I have NOT received the product. Order # 9411. Review: On May 16, 2013 my wife [redacted] ordered 5 bottles of Bee Caps. She received an email conformation of the transaction stating it would be shipped [redacted] Ground. My credit card was charged on May 18, 2013. We have never received the product, and the company refuses to return our calls. We contacted another distributor of this product and he told us the person is no longer with the company and has gone rogue. We have contacted our credit card company and disputed the transaction.Desired Settlement: This guy should be jailed for theft and never be allowed to own a business again.

Review: I placed an order for a product from this company on approx. June 6,2013. As of this date, July 1. 2013, I have Not received any product from this company. I submitted a credit card for payment to pay for my order and according to my current bank statement the request for payment was made the very same day that I placed the order, June,6,2013, I have called the company three times. Their answer machine tells me to leave a number and they will get back to me. So far I have had no calls returned.Desired Settlement: I would like the product I ordered to be delivered or a refund of all my costs returned and have a this complaint filed and posted with the Revdex.com. I have attempted to contact them through email as well as phone with no luck. The phone number given does not connect.
