Review: On May 9, 2014, my spouse and I went to [redacted] and [redacted] located in West Berlin, NJ, With regards to get a paver patio done to our house. On this date, we provided the required down payment of $1,825 to purchase our pavers and secure our start date which was originally scheduled for July 7, 2014. Due to personal reasons, we contacted the company in June with regards to our options of canceling or rescheduling.

We were told by [redacted], the Rep for the company, that our pavers had been ordered and they would work with us in regards to a new date. We thanked her and told her we would call in a few days with a date that best fits our schedule.

Later that week we called back numerous times to reschedule, but no one answered our calls nor called us back. It was not until we drove to [redacted] and [redacted] location in West Berlin, NJ unannounced when we finally met with them.

Upon arrival, we were told that Mr. [redacted] was not in for the day, but we clearly knew he was there based off his Black Hummer parked outside the building. After speaking with [redacted], she ended up saying he was in the office and will meet with us. After meeting with Mr. [redacted], we agreed to be put on a scheduled start date of Aug 4, 2014. We notified them that we would make ourselves available that date.

On Aug 4th, my wife and I took personal time off from work to make ourselves available. To our demise, we waited for them to come but no one came. Again we called from multiple phone numbers numerous times, left messages, text, and no one called back. No one came by for those two days we took off from work. Eventually later that week, We were told that they would have to reschedule.

We then rescheduled for the following week and again when the date approached they could not do it. It was rescheduled for Aug 27, again a no show on that date.

On Aug 28th we requested our full refund for failure to perform. We were denied and told they will keep the money or to pick up the pavers.Desired Settlement: We would like our full refund of the $1,825.00 which was the deposit given on 05/09/14.
