Review: I attended a training for a non-surgical facelift in New York. The trainer stated that the microneedle roller is allowed at the .25 " to .5 " in in New Jersey as she is licensed in both ny & nj and performs the treatment in both states . I purchased the product kit for use in my spa. NJ state board of cosmetology has informed me it is not allowed. I have called and emailed natures pure for either a refund or an exchange with no response. I would not have purchased the product if I had know it was against regulations.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund or exchange worth the $260 I spent
