Review: We have paid for weekly services for a Port-a-let for our construction site of our home. It is now Feb 3rd and the last time it was serviced was in early December. The toilet is FILLED to the rim with bodily fluids. We have called everyday for the past three weeks for it to be cleaned and picked up but it has YET to be done. I am fed up! Not only that but we have been charged for December and January services since they have our credit card on file. We are trying to get our occupancy license for us to move into our home and we CAN NOT until the Port-a-let is removed from the property. It has become a safety hazard with the waste that is collecting in the port-a-let. Neighbors are complaining of the stench.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the past two months and I want the port-a-let to be cleaned and removed from my property.

Review: The holding tank for our company constantly overflows. I have called several times for service regarding this problem. I am only given excuses for lack of service; the trucks are down for service issues, the truck tanks are too small to pump out the holding tank completely, my schedule is scheduled for Thursday but not promised for that day & can be pumped on any given day whether someone is in my office or not, the owner is in a meeting, the owner is out driving a truck to service customers, and then I am simply getting only a voice mail when I call. The contractor for this job has taken pictures of my ongoing problem and sent an email to HDB for immediate resolution. When I called Nature Station I was informed I have a leaky pipe causing this problem but since the driver was supposed to pump out the tank on Saturday when no-one was here, I was not aware of this potential problem. I have contacted another company for service but cannot establish the new service until this service has been terminated and the tank FULLY pumped out. I cannot terminate this service when Nature Station won't even answer my calls or come out to pump this tank!Desired Settlement: I want service discontinued, tank pumped out totally and a credit issued for this month's service which has not been performed.

Review: The company was not fulfilling the terms of the contract.

Port-O-Lets needed to be serviced once a week, our office records shows otherwise creating a deplorable unhealthy condition when workers on the construction site do not have toilet paper, hand sanitizer or the unit is overwhelmingly filthy.

Offices holding tanks overflows due to missed service creating an environmental issue.

Several times complain emails were sent to the company giving us unacceptable excuses. There is no excuses on fulfilling contractual obligations, specially when OSHA regulations may be at stake.Desired Settlement: I have to go into the trouble to cancell Nature Station Waste Services contract as of today and look a replacement.

Review: I contracted potable toilet service from Nature Station. The contract is about $100 a month for weekly cleaning service. At least 3 times over the course of building my house they have not service the portable toilets for a minimum of 3 weeks. The first time I contacted them they said they were sorry and cleaned it in 4 days (not that day or the next like they said they would). The second time it took them 4 days again and they gave me a 2 week discount (not the 3 weeks they didn't service and the extra 4 days which adds up to about a month discount). Today (5-9-16) I have filed my third complaint with them, once again another 3 weeks of no service.

I have guys leaving the job site to use the restroom and/or take worse measures.Desired Settlement: at this point I believe I am due at least 2 months refund.
