the tax payor service has not been helpful at all been calling all day and everytime someone gets on the line they hang up right away I think they dont want to help or make it as impossible to help you

Our tax returns were late due to illness and legal issues and may deaths in the family I faxed my amended and late returns to a taxpayer advocate who called me back on the phone and informed me that she should turn me in for "fraud" and that I could not use my business as a legitimate business loss because she said that I could only turn a business in if there was a profit???? Now this is a hardship tax return as we are in dire straits on money due to using all our money in caring for my elderly and dying parents who had no money She informed me that she was refusing my returns as they are because there were amounts on the return that I used to show they amounts were there but not added into the total and those amounts would have been disallowed due to our negative tax status I showed them in case the examiner knew of an instance where they could be used She accused me of fraud and then told me I need to go to a "poor man's" tax person and have them do my taxes She then told me I need to do the proper which was done but she did not have the copy I used the proper as I looked back and she DID NOT have not *** papers which were faxed to her number Where are my *** papers? Who knows and those contain personal information She then proceeded to scold me for turning in my tax return and stated that I need to READ the age requirements for earned income? I know the age requirements for earned income but she would not listen but just kept on about my committing "fraud" of which was not to case I would not think of fraud nor do I know how to commit fraud nor do I feel as though ANYONE fro the federal government who accuses a taxpayer of fraud had better have a proper argument She called me on the phone stating that she should turn me in for fraud when I needed some help from an advocate She was rude, non-caring, discerning, arrogant and insulted me with her threats and her threatening overtones I thought the advocate was supposed to help the taxpayer but this advocate has done everything except help me She returns no phone calls to me Since she has threatened me with fraud I need a letter stating such*** does not act in this way I then asked her if she means that I am supposed to completely strip my return down and use nothing for any exemptions and she stated such I am completely competent to do the taxes and the *** person that I had been speaking to was completely kind and he and I talked about the earned income credit and he stated to me that the examiner would catch the earned income if it was incorrect so I was not too worried about that but the other figures contained all the proper paperwork and figures but this girl could ot handle our return and accused me of fraud and said she is tearing up my returns and not accepting them Since we are in a hardship status I asked her if that means I am supposed to strip our return down to basics and use nothing and in other words "lie"? She said "Yes" I cannot believe anyone fron *** told me to lie on my return in order to get it processed I reworked the return as she said and stripped it down to basics only as she said where we get back nothing for my elderly parents care and we get back nothing except the tax we have paid in, She informed me I an ineligible for no credits? How would she know this when this has not been to any examiner and she found this out on three returns within about one hour? I have never been threatened by any entity of the federal government in my life as I was by this tax advocate They say the advocates are there to help you By what? Degrading and demoralizing you due to a hardship status? She then told me that the only money we have is very little Since I already know this she did not need to degrade me by telling me how "poor" I am Then she informed me that I have to take our returns to a CPA or tax person before she will take them? I have stitches running all down my back We live way out in the country There is no person preparing taxes over miles away and I cannot be in a car for over minutes at a time nor can I sit longer then minutes at a time I cannot go to a tax preparer, Aside from that I have been to three CPA's who told me what to do with the return and one told me that I was perfectly competent of doing these returns myself I have worked for entities of the federal government and if we had spoken to ad treated any citizen as I was I would have been fired No person should be treated with anything other than compassion and professionalism and threatening a taxpayer with legal action is not just an impropriety but breaking the law Does*** want any advocate working for them who breaks the law and is this how taxpayer advocates help the taxpayer? One who is inn a hardship status? I have now stripped my returns to do as the advocate told me to do I cannot mail these returns back to the same advocate as I fear impartial treatment to happen whenever I do so This issue needs be resolved immediately
