Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 8, 2015/11/08) */ we were coming back to redo the staining of the concrete. He came back one more time to power pressure the concrete and were planning on redoing the seal on the concrete again. We understand that he was unhappy and was willing to came back and... redo it, hints why we came back out two times. It was a busy time for us during the year and we were planning on getting it done just not right away like he wanted. When we finally had time to go back out and finished it, it was already done. There was nothing we can do about it. The paint that he (the costumer) brought was not the right kind either. There was nothing for us to do to fix it now. Regarding the plants, he called us multiples time about the plants and how they were doing. He came out and fixed the drip system and even replace some of the dead plants. We were taking responsibility for it. He called us one more time saying that the plants were dying due to the drip system. When my dad, came out to check it, it was due to the drip valve being turned off. The plants were not receiving water because of it. It was not our fault that someone on the property turned it off. We can not take responsibility for it. We are willing to repay him for the paint that he brought. We will not take responsibility for the plants this time because he have already done that. He took responsibility for the plants that he brought. However, hw will not be taking responsibility for the plants that the costumer purchase because it was them who purchased it so they will have to take responsibility for it. All he did with the plants that they brought was went to the nursery and pick it up, dug holes for it, and planted it. Overall, we will reimbursed money for the paint but we will do nothing further regarding the plants and the drip system. We fixed the drip system already and replanted the pants that were dying. We will not be taking responsibility for the plants dying now because someone on the property had it turned off. It was not our fault. Below I've attached the original contract that both parties have agreed upon.
