I placed an order June 12th. My credit card was charged and I never received the products. I placed an order June 12th 2013. Order [redacted] My credit card was charged though I did not receive any products. I e-mailed the company on August 1st. [redacted] responded the next day and assured me she would let me know of the shipping information and apologized. As of 9/15/03 I still have not received my order. I have called 3 or 4 times with no response and no voice mail option. I have e-mailed her five times with no response.Desired SettlementThe full amount of the order, $66.97.
I ordered two tops from this company on 6/2/2013. My credit card was charged on 6/4/2013. I have never received my merchandise. I have called and gotten no answer, I have written and gotten no response and I have emailed several times inquiring about my order. Delivery issues twice,communication issues on companies end,requesting refund $44On [redacted] X XXXX I placed an order with this company. On [redacted] (out of return policy time)I wrote email asking if I could send item back(item tagged/new) and company wrote back on [redacted] saying "sure thing [redacted]" the item was swing top size small color cognac price $44. Item reached company..I am requesting a refund of $44 to credit card ending in [redacted] I purchased it)......the reason for requesting refund....On [redacted] I had placed an order for a dress(knit macrame fringe item #kn16 for $80 order #1449...on [redacted] after questioning company about cognac top return I REALIZED I never even received the dress. I spoke to Paypal who wanted me to open claim but I wanted to work it out with company first. So I wrote NatureWear on [redacted] asking for tracking on dress they responded on [redacted] saying "I'm not in the office today but I will check on that for you tomorrow" ..I responded on [redacted] saying "ok" I knew they wouldn't get back to me because I had trouble receiving my first order placed on [redacted] I had to email them about it. Then after receiving that order I wanted to purchase a couple other products and wrote many times always getting no response or I'll get back to you responses and they never did.I knew this time would be no different so I decided if she didn't respond in a couple business days I would start the claim with PayPal as I only had so long. The claim started on [redacted] for the dress but was closed as my credit card took over. PayPal told me the company failed to respond while the claim was going with them. Looking at the date it was clear I gave them from [redacted] which was plenty of time to check on tracking.The company has poor communication on the aspect of not responding to making sales and when they make a sale do not follow through even though they take your money. So again my request is I be refunded the $44 from the top they agreed to let me send back. I realize the company has poor communication previously with Revdex.com and Paypal. PayPal requested they refund me in an email because I was out of 45 day so a dispute couldn't happen but PayPal stated if they didn't refund me they are looking at closing their account.Desired SettlementRefund to card ending in 4757 for amount of top $44
I ordered products from this company on June 1, 2013 and never received them. My credit card was charged for the entire amount. I placed an order online on June 1, 2013 and paid at that time through PayPal. The charge was posted to my credit card. I received an e-mail back from the company June 2, saying that some items were unavailable, and offered some options for replacing them. I replied, but never received any items. On June 29, I e-mailed again to inquire about the status of the order. She replied on July 2, saying she would ship within a few days. I never received anything. On August 14, I e-mailed again, saying I understood if she was unable to fill the order, and if so, asked for a refund. I never received a response. I have tried calling the company phone # listed on the website, and I have not been able to get through. I have been charged for products I never received. Desired SettlementI would like a refund of 200.00
