Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did finally receive my correct item, and it was satisfactory; however, I still have not received a return label to send back the incorrect itemI am concerned that I may be charged for the wrong item that I was sent that I do not order and do not want, but I do not want to pay the shipping fee to send back the item and risk not being reimbursed for returning the item that was erroneously sent to meI've contacted the company, and the costumer representative said they would be happy to send me a label, but there has been no follow through Regards, [redacted]

Regarding the complaint filed # [redacted] received November 13, 2014, the customer was contacted via e-mail regarding the incorrect itemIn a follmessage on 10-24, she responded she had not received the previous messageAn explanation was provided regarding the fulfillment house’s error in sending the wrong dropship item, and that the correct item had been sentThe complainant responded on 10-with thanks that she had received the correct itemThe matter is considered resolved Have a wonderful day! Revdex.com, We have received your letter, ID#: ***, regarding Mr*** Truon. Mr*** reported a problem with the headset purchasedPer our agreement with the manufacturer, replacement headsets, if and when needed, are sent directly from the manufacturerMr*** was informed
that the request to send him a new headset would be made that dayAll necessary information was forwarded to the manufacturer for the new headset to be sentMr*** later reported he had not received the headset much to our surpriseWe stated we would follow up with the manufacturerThe manufacturer failed to send the headset and Mr*** requested a refundA refund was gladly given without any need to return the headset. The response is nice on paper, but like I said in original complaint they are all empty words and promises time after timeI would like proof of that refund as I have not seen it like the replacement headsetWhat was the amount and date of the refund?
