You have an agent named AnneMarie *** She lies and distorts the truthWe started on a deal 10-5-with closing 11-On 11-everyone is signing at title companys in Ca., Az, and IdThe lady selling house through AnneMarie [redacted] loaded her furniture on 11-and drove to AzThen we find out deal was delayed due to buying car and more paper workThere wasnt even an appraisal done yetWhy wasnt everyone notified? How do you think an 80yr old lady feels about a Uhaul loaded in Arizona with no house to move into? I gave Pacific homes a deposit for a mobile home and have not received my deposit backWas told they used the deposit to open escrow I made an offer to purchase a mobile home Saturday June 4th and the agent told me he would respond by MondayOn Monday, June 6th the agent called and told me the seller gave a verbal agreementThe next morning, June 7th at 7am, I reached out to the agent and told him we had retracted our offerI followed up with an email message and the agent replied that they would not return my depositThere was no escrow and Pacific homes will not return my deposit

Pacific Homes sold me a brand new home that STILL has an inadequate air/heating system Now Pacific is basically being dishonest regarding conversations & agreements made between the co rep & myselfI purchased the home from seller *** *** in March & the home was supposed to be "move in ready" by May Due to the air/heating system there was a week delay in this processSince first day of installation the service man was unable to get system running & had to return days later with helpThe system ran for less than a week & during this time the air flow through one side of the home was extra minimal & failed to cool home completely, never reaching the desired temperature set on thermostateMy sons bedroom being the worst we were unable to stay in the home in summer peak hrsFrom that point on the system constantly shut down & I had service men coming back still failing to get one side of the air flow going(one even told me to plant trees

Agreement is $6,or 10% commission for realtor, whichever is higher (and the usual is 6%) so this is very high
When the check is cut and the page listing costs is sent to me it shows $9,for commission That is 14.13% commission I called my realtor, ***, I called the finance departmentI called the receptionist, I called the *** Title Insurance to talk to the Escrow Agent
All I want is an explanation of what that $3,and a breakdown of EXACTLY what it is so I know the correct costs are taken out I am expecting $30,and received $28,and something so I just want a written letter with an accounting emailed to me or mailed to me and someone to respond to my phone call, rather than telling me I am not entitled to that information as a seller
It makes me feel like I was robbed of that money when the company so rudely refuses to explain something simple

Since July I've been struggling with Pacific Homes to properly fix my BRAND NEW AIR UNITI purchased my home with the understanding it was coming with air conditioning unitsUpon delivery it only had 1-this unit was installed and never worked correctly from the startThe service men had to come back days after installing it to change fuse etcThe unit ran for less than a week and never completely cooled my home to set tempature, leaving my home still extemly hot and my family unable to reside there during the daytime hot peak hoursOver the past months I've had to move back and forth depending on the weather, unable to stay in my home and now the past weeks with extemly cold temps I have no heatPacific Homes only contacts me after I contact them asking them "how much longer" etc other than that, I've been pushed to the side and they have not apologized for any of this inconvenienceNow after

We worked with this co to buy a homeThe 1st sellers pulled out of escrow at the last minute costing us over in expenses as we were already driving here in a moving vanWe were told we had no homeNow we purchased a 2nd home from them with all working appliances and neither the dishwasher or the oven work and are looking at another at least in expenses that seller should handleThey have refused to help in both these cases and the management will not even call us back
