Mr [redacted] ,My company JP Carroll has made several trips out to your home to determine the cause of your issues, at we have found that the leak is due to a problem with your siding where the siding meets your gutters We have re-nailed, and sealed this area, free of charge, which was noted on a work order dated 7/29/ The leaking due to ice dams were caused by severe weather patterns causing the majority of the houses in our area to leak On 2/12/we came out to your home to remove your ice dams It has been determined that there is no further issues with your roof, and the most recent leaking was due to your siding If any issues arise in the future, we would be more than happy to accommodate you in any way we can Please note that we have stood behind our work 100% and made every attempt to rectify any problems that you have encountered I have attached pictures of the completed work of the siding to fix the leaking you experienced in July Sincerely,JP Carroll Construction
