7-25-2016To whom it may concern:The day we received your letter from the Revdex.com was the first that we were made aware of this issueThe customer never even contacted us to give us a chance to resolve the problemWe took the truck in trade and it had a current pa state inspection so we assumed it was a decent, solid, safe truck.After receiving your letter we immediately contacted the customer to determine how bad the frame was and what the best course of action would be and offered him a full refund if he wanted to go that route.We are in continuing negotiations as to how best to keep him a satisfied customer.We will keep you informed as things progress.Bob C
