I am sending this customer a Shampooer unitOur records indicate that calls were made to the number that was left on the answering machine, however, each time no one answered the callWe do not have a service center at the office in North Richland Hills, Texas, however, there is a service center
in Grand PrairieThe gentleman's name that offers service is *** ***The phone number he can be reached at is ***The address is *** *** *** *** *** *** *** ** ***He is open from 10AM until 6PMMonday through Friday. Hopefully this will resolve this situation. *** ***

*** Even though this case has been closed by you guys, I did want to let you know that I have let the customer know that the accessories she was promised to go with the Rainbow that she purchased is in our office and can be picked up anytimeWe haven't heard from her except to let
us know that we should mail it to herThat is something we don't do (mail gifts), however, we have decided to go ahead and do this because she is so unhappyWe will send it in the mail first thing Monday morning. I am sorry for this and hopefully we can take care of our customers before they reach your office from now on.Thanks and again sorry for all the inconvenience.
