Hello: Please read our Canadian shipping policy that I have attached.For years we have shipped to Canada and this is the first time that our shipping policy has been misunderstood or challengedIn my mind it clearly states that (1) the BASE shipping RATE to Canada is $(2) if the
shipping for the order is more than $we will recharge their card for the difference in shipping.(3) that if tubes or less are ordered the package is shipped by 1st class International, not by Priority mail which is double the cost.This approach is much more work for us but we do not want to digress to charging a high one fee rate to Canada since the rates are based on weightWe didn't think that was fair to those who did not order a large quantity.I am open to rewording the description on our shipping page to make it clearer but in no place does it say that packages under pounds will only be charged the base rate of $I told the customer that they were not charged priority rates. She was charged the most economical rate of 1st class int'l.The base rate of $covers about pound onlyThe rates climb from there based on weight.Additionally, the same customer ordered tubes of toothpaste on March 13, The total shipping cost was $and the Base rate at that time was $so on March 17, 2015, I re-charged her card for extra shipping of $There was no complaints at that timeSince then the US Postal Service raised their international postal rates. On June 23, she ordered tubes and the shipping cost was $and the base rate is $so I had to recharge her card the extra $I explained to her via email that she was better off ordering tubes since the shipping is cheaper per tube when you order more and she would not have to order so often thus incurring less costs due to shippingThis truth did not appease her.If the customer reverses charges for the additional shipping of $11.60, she is free to do that but we will no longer do business with heryears, one complaintPlease read the policy for yourself and tell me your opinion.Thank you.Tim L***

That is OK, as stated earlier we do not have to continue doing business with the person complainingIf the person complaining will not pay the shipping to their residence, we will not take future orders from the person complaining.Thank you
