I would like to start out by saying that my family loves DrSShe has done an amazing job with our animalsBut recently, the clinic hired a new receptionistThis individual accessed my account to obtain my phone number(s) to harass meI contacted the office manager at the clinic and advised them what had happenedI explained in detail how this individual has harassed my family before, to the extent that I had to change my number and obtain an order of protectionI offered to send them the proof of the individual stating she had accessed my account just to get my information, and when I informed this individual I did not think that was allowed, she stated she could do whatever she wanted because she works thereMy family will now have to find a new veterinarian because we do not feel that this situation was resolved properly by the office manager at All CreaturesWe now do not feel comfortable leaving our pets at this clinic and are very upset at the lack of privacy and security policies
